Free 6 week BJJ Specific Kettlebell Strength & Conditioning Program

Hi guys,

I am looking for some volunteers to take part in a 6 week BJJ specific Strength and Conditioning Kettlebell program at our venue in Hoddesdon. The program will start on Saturday the 4th September 2010 and run for 6 weeks. Each session with last 30 minutes and run from 08.30am to 9.00am, be run by a qualifies personal trainer (not Enzo) that hourly rate is £60 per hour. This is great opportunity to get seriously fit.

This program will be free, however we will need you to agree to a few things:

-Measurement of your body fat, muscle mass  and other key performance indicators before during and at the end of the 6 weeks.
-Commitment to attending all of the  sessions
-Details (text,video and audio) of your workouts and performance being published on our website and also used in promotional material for future commercial products and course that we develop/run

Please note we will refer to you by your first name and age, however we will not require and personal details such as date of birth, surname etc.

We are aiming to dramatically increase your BJJ performance by getting you guys to do sport specific workouts. We are then aiming to run our courses based on the feedback and results you achive that we will charge for.
